Mobile KM-HDR6 Gun

Field-Ready Deposition Gun

This lightweight spray gun features a thermally controlled mixing chamber that blends heated accelerant and carrier gases, ensuring optimal preheating of the feedstock powder before high- velocity acceleration through the nozzle. Simple, integrated motion controls allow real-time adjustment of the powder feed rate for precise application and performance. The patented nozzle accelerates particles up to 1000 m/s.

Control Cabinet & Components

Mobile Control Cabinet

The 16”x16”x18” UL-508-rated cabinet includes the gas control panel and electronic controller. The unit supports dynamic adjustment of temperature, pressure, gas flow, and feed rate.

Inovati’s brush-sieve powder feeders consistently feed a wide range of particle sizes (1–100 µm).

Monitoring & QA

Every spray run includes automatic data logging with temperature, pressure, flow, and feeder RPM recorded in real-time. The system performs a health check before every run and generates a complete QA report including powder ID, spray parameters, and statistical plots.

Gas Options

Mobile Gas Supply

Uses helium, nitrogen, or a blend. With low gas consumption, the system can run continuously for up to 18 hours on a 265L liquid nitrogen dewar without a compressor.

Hard chrome replacement, dimensional restoration, fatigue and wear resistance, corrosion protection, polymer coatings, metal coatings on ceramics, and aluminum repair without heavy metals.
