KM-CDS 2.1, Control System |
|
The Kinetic MetallizationTM Advantage
The KM-CDS 2.1 Contol System configures to the customer supplied robot and delivers consistent KM quality coatings. KM Technology is a low temperature, solid state, impact consolidation process, in which metallic powders are sprayed through a friction-compensated sonic deposition nozzle onto a substrate surface. The subsequent high-speed collision causes very large strain and the resultant particle deformation creates a new surface that is oxide free.
