KM Niobium C-103 coating has applications in Direct Digital Manufacturing (DDM). KM Nb C-103 deposited on a metal sacrificial substrate and will mimic the substrate surface finish and form near-net-shape parts. A KM Nb C-103 component can be annealed to remove porosity. Annealed KM Nb C-103 also exhibits ~90% of wrought high temperature strength.
