KM-PCS
The KM-PCS is a complete coating system ready to take your coating into production. With dual feeders this system is capable of spraying parts continuously, in-situ blending of powders (different powders in each PFU), or as separate layers. The system is automated via a graphical user interface (GUI) to control the pressure, temperature, feed rate(s), and raster over the surface of the part. The automated system protects the operator from user error, while also keeping a real-time data log of system parameters. This log can be used to track down issues in a coating or repeat a coating at a later date.
